To situate personal and community storytelling within broader historical contexts, participants will engage with interactive StoryMaps on migration histories as curated resources for connecting individual narratives to broader regional and historical patterns.
Building on this engagement, participants will examine selected StoryMap examples as models for how migration histories can be represented through layered narrative, spatial interpretation, and visual design. These examples will inform the development of participants’ own StoryMaps, connecting personal and community narratives to broader regional and historical contexts.
